Todd Cullen

Chief Executive Officer

Todd is a serial technology entrepreneur with experience building startup teams (both product and engineering) across 4 continents. He previously founded ThoughtLeadr, a native advertising company, which built one of the fastest ad servers on the planet. Before ThoughtLeadr, Todd built a mobile design and development firm called ReignDesign based in Shanghai, China. ReignDesign developed the very first iOS app for the enterprise in partnership with Frog Design & Standard Charter back in 2008. Over the course of his career, Todd has been a technical problem solver for companies including IBM, Nortel, Deutsche Telekom, Reddit, Salon, and Conde Nast. Todd holds a degree in Biology from Wake Forest University, with a concentration in computation biology.
